The world's first safety barcode positioning system FBPS 600i only requires one sensor for secure position detection. The device is connected to a safe evaluation unit, such as a frequency converter, via two SSI interfaces and is suitable for applications up to Performance Level e. Our FBPS 600i is characterized by particularly high reliability. During each scanning process, multiple codes are captured, from which the software calculates highly precise position values. Each code is scanned at different points, as the scanning beam is angled and the device is in motion. This prevents reading errors caused by local contamination or damage.
The barcode tape is also optimized for industrial use. The self-adhesive plastic tape is UV-resistant, extremely robust, and can withstand mechanical stress. The easy readability of the printed position values makes handling easier for you.

Our FBPS 600i is particularly reliable and is capable of capturing multiple codes in each scanning process. Based on these codes, the software calculates highly precise position values. Each code is scanned at different positions, which is made possible by the oblique scanning beam direction and the movement of the device.
