Compact powerhouse for maximum safety
The new RSL 200 from Leuze is currently the most compact safety laser scanner on the market - with dimensions of only 80 x 80 x 86 mm. Ideally suited for use in mobile applications such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) as well as for hazard zone protection in stationary systems. Rotatable M12 connectors and a space-saving mounting bracket offer designers full flexibility in integration - even in tight spaces.
Innovative operation via app
Instead of a classic display, the new RSL 200 app enables convenient and fast diagnostics via Bluetooth. This saves space, increases clarity, and facilitates operation with a standard mobile device - directly at the system.
Highest performance despite miniaturization
The RSL 200 achieves the highest safety level PL d with a scanning angle of 275° at a protective field range of 3 m. Field triples consisting of one protective and two warning fields can be flexibly adapted in up to 32 configurations - perfect for compact machines or agile AGVs. At the same time, the scanner provides precise measurement data for navigation.
Intelligent configuration and easy device replacement
Configuration is conveniently done via Bluetooth, USB, or Ethernet TCP/IP using Leuze's Sensor Studio software. The integrated configuration memory allows for easy device replacement - without the need for expert knowledge.

Securing compact vehicles with simple paths
Compact train vehicles that move on a single track – for example, through optical track guidance – require an adapted safety solution. The safety laser scanner RSL 220 reliably secures the defined path. Eight freely switchable sets of protection and warning fields allow for flexible adaptation to curves or changing speeds.

All-around protection for omnidirectional FTS and AMR
FTS and AMR, which move in all directions, require a particularly flexible safeguarding. With a scanning angle of 275°, two diagonally mounted RSL 200 devices secure the entire travel path – for small load carriers as well as for dynamic applications. A total of 32 switchable protection and warning field sets ensure optimal adaptation to every direction of movement.

Safe navigation with Natural Navigation
For compact AGVs and AMRs, the RSL 200 offers a combination of safety and navigation functions. The compact device (80 x 80 x 86 mm) provides protective fields with a range of 3 m and also provides measurement data for Natural Navigation up to 25 m - ideal for limited installation space.

Effective Area Protection for Machinery and Equipment
Whether "around the corner" or on multiple sides: The RSL 200 adapts flexibly to machine contours through configurable protective fields and its large scanning angle (275°). It detects both access and the presence of persons - thus supporting safe, automatic restart.

Reliable restart protection in non-visible areas
With the RSL 210, we offer a solution for particularly sensitive application areas. It monitors specifically hard-to-see zones and ensures that a restart only occurs when complete safety is guaranteed.
