Establishment of SCHMACHTL SK in Bratislava
Several years after its establishment in Czech Republic, the branch in Bratislava was founded (Schmachtl Sk, spol. s.r.o.); the separation of Czechoslovakia and local coverage played a significant role in this decision.

Foundation of SCHMACHTL CZ in Prague
The first business transactions in what is now the Czech Republic were carried out even during the communist era. After the final collapse of the Soviet Union, the time was ripe to invest in the former industrial nation.

Generational Change
