Worm Gear SG - Versatile drive solutions for highest efficiency.
Our worm gear units of the SG series impress with their space-saving design and a wide range of gear ratios. While smaller reductions offer a particularly high efficiency, high reductions benefit from self-locking, which ensures additional safety. Thanks to their right-angle output, they are ideal for applications where only limited installation space is available in the axial direction. Bevel Gear Unit KG - Compact, high-performance solutions for versatile applications.
Our bevel gear units of the KG series impress with high efficiency and are easily back-drivable - a feature that is particularly in demand for door drives, for example. To optimally adapt the reduction to the respective application, an additional gear stage is connected upstream of the bevel gear stage. The output can be on one or both sides as needed (WL1, WL2, WL3). In addition, variants with hollow shafts are available, allowing for easy mounting as plug-in gear units. For applications requiring higher torque, the bevel gear unit can be expanded with a downstream planetary stage.

With a meshing efficiency of up to 97%, our bevel gearboxes offer significantly higher efficiency than worm gearboxes. They are particularly robustly constructed and available in protection classes up to IP 65. The output shaft has a standard IP 52 rating, but can be upgraded to a higher protection class if needed.
