Sensors for positioning – Laser positioning system.
Optical laser positioning systems calculate the distance to moving plant components without contact. In millisecond intervals, the laser distance measurement system provides position values with millimeter precision for dynamic control via a selection of Industrial Ethernet or fieldbus interfaces. State-of-the-art sensors and signal processors determine distances with the highest accuracy up to 300 m. The integrated and extensive function catalog captures limit situations and displays diagnostic data. This is how positioning is done today!

Optical data transmission – interference-free over long distances.
For data transmission without cables and interference, optical data light barriers are the right choice. They enable contactless communication wherever mechanical and WLAN systems reach their limits. With a transmission rate of 100 Mbit/s in real-time over a distance of up to 200 m, data light barriers are a perfect cable replacement. For example, the DDLS 500.
