The triangulation technique ensures particularly high resolution in the close range and enables precise measurements - even with shiny or difficult-to-detect objects. Thanks to digital interfaces, the sensors unleash their full potential in practice and deliver consistently reliable measurement results.

Sensors for long-range distance measurement.
For large distances up to 65 meters, sensors rely on time-of-flight or phase measurement methods. These technologies offer consistently high resolution, minimal black-white error, outstanding repeatability, and are therefore well suited for demanding positioning tasks. Even dark, shiny, or colored objects are reliably detected. Intelligent status LEDs also provide convenient control of the switching state from a distance. Models like the ODS10 additionally offer IO-Link and Sensor Studio integration for maximum flexibility.
