With four different probe series, SCHMACHTL covers a wide range of applications and uses. In addition to the quantity of products, our probe range also stands out for its high quality. Our devices are always used when lengths need to be measured quickly, safely, and accurately. This is the case, for example, in manufacturing metrology, at multi-station measuring points, and in gauge monitoring. Furthermore, our probes can also be used as position measuring devices. Choose now from our four product lines: SPECTO, METRO, ACANTO, and CERTO.
SPECTO - Incremental probe for measuring stations and multi-point measuring devices.
In addition to robust construction, flexible mounting position, and durable ball bearing, this series of measuring probes impresses above all with its compact design. It allows for a center-to-center distance of less than 15 mm. This enables you to place multiple measuring probes in a very confined space and measure multiple values simultaneously.

METRO – Incremental probe for measuring stations and multi-point measuring devices.
The measuring probes of the METRO series offer a number of advantages. On the one hand, they score with high accuracy even over long measuring distances, with high repeatability and flexible measuring pin actuation. On the other hand, special custom versions impress with their low measuring forces for particularly sensitive workpieces.

CERTO – Incremental Measuring Probe for measuring stations and multi-point measuring devices.
Probes of this series promise high measurement accuracy over a very wide temperature range. This is possible because these devices are equipped with special materials with a low thermal expansion coefficient. This, along with the interferential measurement principle, allows for a system accuracy of up to ±0.03 µm.
